Resort Design Group works with luxury resort property owners across Los Cabos and beyond — delivering turnkey interior design that transforms spaces into experiences. This proposal covers ongoing editorial photography for completed projects, capturing interiors, furnishings, finishes, and outdoor living areas at their best. All images are delivered with a permanent commercial license for use across website, social media, print, paid advertising, partner sharing, and magazine and award submissions.
On-location capture session timed around optimal natural light. HDR bracketing (3–5 exposures merged in post) for clean, balanced results across high-contrast spaces. All interior lights and fixtures on throughout the session — they add warmth, depth, and the design accents that make a space feel complete. Coverage includes room shots, exterior and view shots, and approximately 25% detail and vignette shots of furnishings and styling. Scouting included for properties over 5,000 sq ft.
Every image goes through: HDR merge, exposure correction (windows, highlights, and reflections), curves, color correction, and noise reduction. Minor object removal included. Extensive retouching (replacing window views, furniture removal, structural changes) quoted separately.
JPEG high resolution + web-optimized set. Standard delivery within 5 business days after the session. Rush delivery (2 business days) available at +30% on the tier rate.

You have permanent rights to use the images across all agreed channels — website, social media, print, paid advertising, partner sharing, magazine submissions, and design awards. The images remain under my authorship, which means I may also feature them in my portfolio. No expiration date, no recurring fees.
Full ownership of the images transfers to you. You can use, edit, resell, or redistribute them in any context, without limitations or restrictions — including sharing them with clients, builders, or brokers as your own asset. I would no longer retain any rights to the images; any use in my portfolio would require your explicit permission.
No travel fee for shoots in Cabo San Lucas or San José del Cabo.
